What are the price ranges for your bridal gowns? Bridesmaids? Flower girls?

Bridal Gowns range between $850 and $4000. However, most of our gowns will range from $1500 to $2500.

Bridesmaids Dresses range between $150 and $300.

Flower Girl Dresses range between $150 to $300. 

 

What sizes do you carry in the salon? We currently carry sizes 8 to 22W.

 

Why do I need to schedule a bridal appointment?

An appointment is needed to ensure a Blush consultant and bridal room is avaliable. Your Blush consultant will assist you in finding the gown that best suits your personal style. During the weekdays, walk-ins are welcomed. However, we require appointments for Saturdays. If you decide to walk-in on a Saturday, we will try our best to accommodate you.

 

How long does my bridal appointment last?

Each bridal appointment is scheduled for 90 minutes. During the weekdays, we are typically flexible in extending that time limit. However, Saturdays are usually busier so we try to adhere to 90 minutes per bride. Please give us a call at (225) 330-4980 if you are running late for your appointment. 

 

What should I bring to my appointment?

We recommend bringing an open-mind, any undergarments, and shoes that you would like to try on wedding gowns with. Also, you many bring photos of gowns that you have been admiring, but we suggest coming in and trying on serveral different styles. 

 

Who should I bring to my appointment? Are children allowed?

We suggest you limit the guest list to no more than four guests whose style opinion you value. We kindly request that you do not bring your children to the bridal appointment. We suggest that you make arrangements for your children. The bridal appointment is about you and should be stress free.

 

How far in advance should I purchase my gown?

We suggest ordering your wedding gown at least six to eight months before your wedding date or pre-bridals photo session to avoid rush fees, as all gowns are special-ordered. 

 

What if my wedding is fewer than six months away?

There is a possibility that some wedding gowns are in stock, and can be shipped at an earlier date. We would always have to check avaliability and rush fees for you.

 

How do I purchase my bridal gown?

Once you have selected the perfect gown for you, we will take your measurements and select the proper dress size to order. When placing the order, a deposit of 60% is required with the remaider due upon delivery of the dress. All sales are final. No exchanges,returns, or refunds on any merchandise.

 

Do we offer alterations? How many fittings will I need?

We do not offer in-house alterations. Alterations may be required to achieve the best fit possible. Typically, two to three fittings may be needed for bridal gowns. 

 

Can I bring my gown to you after the wedding for cleaning/preservation?

Unfortunately, we do not offer services for cleaning and preservation. However, we do recommend Welsh's cleaners or Rome's cleaners.

 

What is a trunk show?

Trunk shows are normally held on a specific weekend at our store during normal business hours. The trunk show will include the designer's most recent collection. If you find a bridal gown at a trunk show, be prepared to purchase it before the event ends, as it many no longer be avaliable at the store once the event is over. What else do we carry in our store?

We offer a wide variety of bridesmaids, mother of all occasions, special occasion gowns including Prom and Mardi Gras, and flower girl dresses. We also carry bridal accessories such as veils, sashes/belts, hair pieces, and jewelry.
